Packages available: monthly (min. 2 months) or weekly (min. 2 weeks)
Automatic renewal
Payment by direct debit (CB or SEPA)
Termination possible after the commitment period, with 7 days’ notice
No guarantee of results; the subscriber is responsible for the content broadcast
In the event of force majeure, neither party will be held responsible

Purchase options cancellation policy
Purchase options (boosts, packs, additional or personalized services) are firm and final once ordered. No cancellation or modification can be taken into account after validation, except in the event of a manifest technical error or proven failure of the service provided.
As soon as a boost, pack or service is activated (even partially), it is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
No partial or total refund will be granted for purchase options activated, used or being processed, in accordance with the nature of digital services with immediate execution.

Technical evidence of treatment
Shopify and our service providers also keep time-stamped technical logs of each order, allowing us to attest to the execution of services in the event of a dispute. -
Competent court
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the head office of Broreps.fr, unless otherwise required by law. -
Entire document
This policy supersedes any previous version. In the event of translation, the French version prevails. -
Acceptance of conditions
Any order placed on Broreps.fr constitutes full acceptance of these conditions. The user acknowledges having read the T&Cs and undertakes to respect them without reservation. When a customer places an order on Broreps.fr, they automatically accept all the conditions of use and sale of the site, without exception.
